DoE created by a different softwareI have recently recieved DoE data from a supplier. A Central Composite Design was applied with known factors and levels. We were not able to reproduce the same experimental plan on JMP in order to analyze the responses.
Could we still analyze the data by manually creating data tables?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
Re: DoE created by a different softwareOf course you can analyze the design in JMP. If you have the design file in some other DOE software application, you may be able to directly import it into JMP. Or if you can get it into say MS Excel, use the JMP Excel import wizard as well. Or worse comes to worse, enter the design and response set by hand. Be careful to select the correct JMP column data types, modeling types, etc. for each factor. But once you get the data table created all of JMP's data visualization and modeling capabilities are at your beck and call.
