Data Sets for Myers, Montgomery and Cook Response Surface Methodology<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

Doug Montgomery and Christine Anderson-Cook are revising this book, but can't locate electronic versions of the data sets.  Doe anyone have JMP, SAS, Excel (or any other version) of the data sets?  And, would you be willing to share (even if its just some of the data)?
