Hi,
I am using JMPC 6.1.2. Is there an option in "Findings Time Trend Report", to manually set a value for "Percent Change from Baseline" ?
1. For instance, I am interested in values that have 30% change from Baseline (Eg: Vital Signs), and look at the trend.
Thanks in advance
Hi,
It is possible to filter in the report after it has been run, but this would be on a test by test basis. But I am curious, how would you want to filter at 30%? 30% and greater? At which visit or study day? All of them? For every test? This could lead to missing data on the trends if there is a lot variability over time or unexpected results.
So are you looking for trends that are increasing over time starting at a threshold of 30%? Finding those subjects who are trending upward or downward? I think filtering after the report is your best resource to find them as well as those that are variable or stable after they cross the threshold.
Maybe looking at shift plots might help as well to identify subject that have a mean % trial value of baseline, then create a list of those subjects to then plot on the time trends.
I will think of some other ways of trying to filter and plotting subjects based on a threshold % change of baseline. If you can help answer some questions above, it will help me find a more elegant solution.
