Add a variable to an existing Parallel Plot

Hello,

 

I would like to know how I can add another colum in an existing Parallel Plot. I have tried to drag and drop my columns into different areas but it never produce the desired result.

 

For example I have the following Parallel Plot (using BigClass table)

 

AndI would to include then the variable weight without starting over everything. At the end I would like to have this graph:

 

Note that I am not looking for a scripting solution.

Indeed it works perfectly with nominal or ordinal variables but not with continuous ones... that's pretty strange!

I will contact the support team about that.

I think you ran into a bug in graph builder which does prevents nesting a fourth continuous variable on the x axis.  If you change weight to ordinal, drag it to 'nest', then change it back to continuous you should have your graph.  Make sure Automatic Recalc (Red Triangle > Redo >Automatic Recalc) is turned on.  See the animation below.
