How do I estimate effect of difference in continuous variable in a general linear model with JMP?I have analyzed a dataset in JMP in a general linear model. A continuous outcome depends on a categorial variable (two levels) and a continuous variable. there is no interaction. With proc GLM in SAS it is possible to include an ESTIMATE statement, and have the effect of a certain difference of the continuous variable calculated. How can I do the same in JMP? I would like to have the effect of a certain difference calculated, including a confidence interval.
