Re: What is the difference between "splitting" a table or "transposing" a table?Basically, splitting a data table creates a new data table that is taking a starting column and creating multiple columns off of criteria selected to execute the split. Transposing a data table changes the shape/orientation of a data table. Here are the JMP online documentation URLs that describe each:
