Hey Bill,

Here is some Kaggle data from Airbnb. I have fun playing with it. It is not exactly call center data, but has the same type of information.

Should still be pretty typical for the tapes of things call centers measure.

Scott: Your welcome. Yup...the problems, issues and data are still very relevant from my days as a supplier quality manager for all of Kodak's outsourced customer call center operations. Everything from Kodak products to employee health insurance service providers...I managed 'em all. Kodak spent millions of $$$$$ annually on these types of suppliers.

Bill: If you want to bend my ear on this type of customer give me a call. I dealt with customer call centers for years at Kodak.
