Auto publishing JMP Graph inSAS EGHi,
I just started to u we SAS EG and JMP a week ago. I query the raw data from company server in SAS EG then edit it. After finish editing, I run a JMP script in SAS EG to get the graph I want. But I am trying to find the option in JMP that can auto send back the graphs to SAS EG. So that I can set a auto reporting routine to send a ppt to my supervisor. Is there any easy way I can make it!?Thx a lot !Re: Auto publishing JMP Graph inSAS EGIn JMP 13, no filters with interactive HTML.
JMP 14 is has a planded release date in March 2018 and I think a lot of people will be really happy with it.
For now try this:
Make the figures you're interested in, Then make one or more histograms from the columns you might be interested in filtering by.
Then use the Combine Windows function to make them into an Application/Dashboard. When this is exported to HTML then the histogram/bar charts, can be used to select points across the figures.
its not filtering but it looks pretty good.
Re: Auto publishing JMP Graph inSAS EG@Byron_JMP,
A question on the suggestion you have made . The Save Interactive HTML format does not preserve data filters does it ?
I tested it on a simple data filter and it just produces the graph saved in .html .
If Save Interactive HTML does not do it - Is there a feature in JSL to be able to reatain the complete interactivity like data filter into a HTML report ? This serves a great deal to share with customers . If it does not exist , I would request that a request be sent to the developers to do so .
dt= Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp" );
Ana = dt << Graph Builder(
Size( 524, 450 ),
Show Control Panel( 0 ),
Variables( X( :weight ), Y( :height ) ),
Elements( Points( X, Y, Legend( 8 ) ) ),
Local Data Filter(
Add Filter(
columns( :age ),
Display( :age, Size( 181, 102 ), List Display )
)
)
);
Rep = Ana << report ;
Rep << Save Interactive HTML("C:\Users\FS113252\Desktop\Test.html");Re: Auto publishing JMP Graph inSAS EGIt might be reasonably easy to have JMP save the figure it generates as a HTML and then send that to your supervisor.
This is the example straight out of the Scripting Index in JMP.
Names Default To Here( 1 );
//This message applies to all display box objects
Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp" );
biv = bivariate( y( :weight ), x( :height ) );
rbiv = biv << report;
rbiv << Save Interactive HTML( "path/to/example.html" );
