can we make Sequence logo graphs in JMP?Hi,
I want to make sequence logo graph like the one below. I already made all the calculations needed to make the graph. however i cant make this type of graph using JMP. I made similar ones using "stack bars" . is there a way to replace "bars" with "letters" ?
