JMP how to find when function start to behave as 1/x^2

Hi .

I have some measured data (see attached file with plot ) i need to find when it function start to behave as 1/(x^2).

is any one can assist me please?

It does not look like that chart behaves like the function 1/(x^2) anywhere to me. Can you mark what you are trying to find on the graph?
