Cell colors shifted by one row when Save'd As Excel xlsx

I've run into a curiousity which I believe might be a bug.

When I save as an Excel .xlsx, a new feature to JMP14, the cell colors seem to be shifted by one row upwards.

the value colors property shows that "mrb" should be red and "ship" should be green.

the values in each row are correct, but the colors all seem shifted up by one cell

note that the last row color goes to grey
