How to get the parameters of a bivariate normal density ellipse?<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />I would like to be able to extract the parameters of an ellipse drawn in a bivariate plot. By parameters I mean, the long and short axes and direction of the long axis, not just means and std devs. Is there a way?
