Unir dos tablas de datos y una fila no coincide, pero ¿no está seguro por qué?

Estoy trabajando en unir dos tablas JMP.

Todos los datos se están uniendo correctamente, excepto una fila. He comprobado para asegurarme de que se copien de la misma manera y tengan las mismas características, y utilicé los indicadores de coincidencia para confirmar qué tabla está causando el error. Aunque he determinado cuál es el problema de la tabla, todavía no estoy seguro de por qué.

Los datos que no se están transfiriendo son para DAL.CP5.CHEESE.CCB01.LT_01672_RAW.

Hola,

Mirando sus scripts rápidamente veo que tiene una columna definida dos veces ( DAL.CP5.CHEESE.CCB01.LT_01672_RAW)

JMP agregará un sufijo numérico al nombre repetido de la columna.  En su caso, "DAL.CP5.CHEESE.CCB01.LT_01672_RAW 2"

Por lo tanto, lo más probable es que su tabla de datos apilados no produzca la salida que espera. 

Si pudiera proporcionar ejemplos de cada una de las tres tablas de datos, podemos ayudar a reducir el problema aún más.
