Note: highly interested in knowing more about "outlier analysis" in context of "odds ratio" i.e. how a factor having outliers can influence other factors in system/process

Thank you for the suggestion.  I looked through our modeling videos and also checked with our Academic Team., We do not have a tutorial on the general benefits and use of outliers. Currently our webcasts cover capabilities related to particular business problems (case studies).

I will suggest to our presenters that when they are describing findings and showing outliers, they might elaborate on why or why not, for the case they are exploring, outliers can be useful to consider or handle in a particular way.

If you have not found this documentation, perhaps you will find it useful.  The last links describes the calculations used for our ODDS RATIO report.
