define factor constrains disallowed expression

Hello, I wrote the script in DOE factor constraints unallowed expression, but the Final DOE table still have the value that is less than 600. Did anyone know what's wrong with my expression

((X1 + 0.12) / X2 + (X1 + 0.12) / X3 + 5 + X4) * X5 > 720 and ((X1 + 0.12) / X2 + (X1 + 0.12) / X3 + 5 + X4) * X5 < 600
