Graph builder gradient vs color by column gradient

I'm wondering if there's a way to make a graph builder style gradient using color by column?

 

Names default to here(1);
dt = open("$SAMPLE_DATA\Big Class.jmp");
dt << Graph Builder(
 Variables( X( :sex ), Group Y( :age ), Color( :height ) ),
 Elements( Heatmap( X, Legend( 11 ) ) )
); // this gradient

 Edit* Also in that is wondering if I can set the min, max, and center when doing color by column like I can with gradient.
