PCA in Scatterplot 3D: Column limit?<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />Dear JMP Users,
I am attempting a 3D Scatterplot with a large data set. 4 groups 8 samples each and 1700 measures.
I can get the scatter plot to open. However, when I click to perform the PCA JMP crashes.
When I only choose a subset of the measures it works just fine.
Does anyone know the limit?

I'm not sure if this will help but JMP runs in-memory therefore the size of the data is related to the amount of RAM that you have installed.
