<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />This document summarizes the JMP Ecosystem, including JMP Team, Website, Community, Social Media, Events & News, Education/Training and Consulting. There might be some changes you want to make in case you want to have it more local. I tried to hold it in a general way and made some remarks like *Some Training classes may not be available in all countries, ...
Why did I do this?
I was involved in a customer discussion on how they could initiate a Train the trainer program and what resources we could provide. So I put together all I was aware of and started to think brainstorm with them what would be a good plan for them. We concluded a three-stage plan:
1. Train the Trainer (2-4 people)
- Initial Onsite training for EDA and ANOVA&Regression, as well scripting (no need for DOE or other engineering topics as it is a telecommunication account)
- E-Learning for ANOVA & Regression (to be able to remember things from the onsite training already forgotten
- Consulting Coaching/Mentoring on a hourly-based contract to further get support and help with ad-hoc questions, especially about scripting
2. Train the people (5-30)
- Initial EDA and ANOVA Training delivered by Stage 1 trained trainers
- Self Learning with New User Welcome Kit, Webcasts, you Tube videos, Community and other resources
- Exam/"Hackathon" with practical exercises and a certificate given by Consulting partner (exam is for commitment and because of HR acceptance)
3. On Top service (by JMP Team)
- Webcast series JMP Sessions/Dr's In Days/ how ever you want to call them (2-4 Webcasts to selected topics of about 1h)
- Technical Support
For them I put together the concept and added just the selected EcoSystem Slides to their presentation.
Hope this will be valuable an helpful for you as well.
