Re: how to Calculate every abnormal item rate by days？As I described, you make the tabulate into a data table and create a column for the defect rate - this is what I've attached. I also included several versions of graphical displays of the defect rate for each type of defect over time. The displays can be improved (and should be) further - your Excel graph also needs improvement. You will notice that a number of defect types only occur once, so you might consider recoding those as "other" which will considerably improve the graph by reducing the number of categories.

Re: how to Calculate every abnormal item rate by days？I converted your Excel data worksheet into a JMP data table, added a new column and did a Tabulate (execute the script added to the data table). If you use the drop down arrow and "Make into data table" the executed Tabuulate script, you can easily add a column calculating the defect types as a % of the total items for each day, reproducing what you have in your Excel workbook.
