Configure Spam Link Prevention

My testing in UAT has concluded that our spam link filter feature is working correctly.  To test I turned off moderation for Discussions and set the link setting as below. * Do not moderate users who have at least  0 status level points (or set to 0 to ignore this rule) 
* Moderate all content by users who have  100 or fewer status level points, regardless of links in content (or set to 0 to ignore this rule)

Suggestion: To set this up in Prod, we have turn off Global Moderation for Discussions, and other that can hold a link, and swap.  100 with 1000

Done, (Prod Mod off for Discuss Initial and Reply) Added a group called Community Champions (which we need to add, MS is only member)

If you (s User) does not have 1000 pts and are not in "Community Champions" and have a Discussion with a link it will be moderated.

Please add group members to "Community Champions" at will, I will also.
