Problem for hide legend when saving as a graph

Hi,all

The case is I have both the points and the smooth curve connected points with the same legend. So I want to hide the lable for smooth curve but only show the lable for point.

I did that in graph builder by hiding the curve legend but the lables shown again when I save as a graph.

Any one could help for this ?
