How are IT Groups Counting Number of JMP Users?

What software are IT groups using to count number of JMP Users?

Malcolm,

1. Depending on how they deploy their licenses they could use Active Directory permissions
2. They could be using their internal software packaging system (commercial or custom)
3. Others write a script to traverse the network looking for the JMP executable or a registry entry key
4. Lastly, they maintain a JMP data table with the list of users (this is often not IT but a user administrating the deployment)
5. possibly others?

There is often NOT a common approach or standard commercially available software to count JMP licenses.
