Can JMP do Generalized Estimating Equations to evaluate differences across time points?<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />I have seen these done and they are similar to doing 2-way anova across time points. I have several columns:
Subject Number
Time (0-120 min by 5 min increments)
Treatment (2 treatments)
Core temperature
I am trying to see differences in temperature between the 2 treatments across the time points. Any help with this would be appreciated.
