Linee di riferimento Y variabili in funzione del Gruppo X

Sto cercando di aggiungere linee di riferimento a Y1 e Y2 che differiscono per la combinazione del gruppo X. Ad esempio attraverso Y1 voglio 18.19, 16.89, 22.54, e 20.57 per 21major, 21minor, 26major e 26minor rispettivamente. C'è un modo per farlo accadere?
