Variable Y-Referenzlinien in Abhängigkeit von Gruppe X

Ich freue mich darauf, Y1 und Y2 um Referenzzeilen zu erweitern, die sich durch die Kombination der Gruppe X unterscheiden. Über Y1 möchte ich zum Beispiel 18.19, 16.89, 22.54 und 20.57 für 21major, 21minor, 26major und 26minor. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dies zu erreichen?
