Repeated Measure MANOVA: 95% Confidence Interval on LSM?<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />Hi, I'm quite new at using the MANOVA Repeated Measure model to analyze biological data.
I would like to know if there is a JMP feature that would allow me to retrieve the 95% Confidence intervals for the calculated Least Square Means produced by the model.

Re: Repeated Measure MANOVA: 95% Confidence Interval on LSM?MANOVA doesn't report them, but you can get them by fitting separate standard least squares models to each of responses, Then right-click in the LSM report and select Columns > Lower 95% (or Upper 95%) to get them. See the example in the attached table.
