Cumulative probability chart

I have been trying to reproduce this chart in JMP and having difficulties. The plot quantile by actual plot from the oneway analysis is really close, but not quite what they were hoping for. I tried in graph builder, but I cannot get good lines of fit. The fit y by x does a descent job, but I can only do one at a time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you use the Group By option in Fit Y by X?

Yes, but the customer wants it all in the same graph not individual plots like you get with the by variable

I don't think Don is refering to the by variable in the dialog, try the Group By option from the red triangle after the report is generated, then fit the lines. That should put them all on the same graph with separate fit lines.

Oh yes that worked thanks both of you. I had to first run distributions on all of the factors then save the Prob scores. Then plot the prob scores vs. the actual data. Not super straight forward, but I think it gets them where they want to go.
