Import Settings for Blocked CSV Text

I want to import data from a text file. In my case the data is offset in the file. I can find it by looking for cetain cells and then reading the block at that point. Also it would be nice to be able to bring the data in transposed format sometines. That is, the rows would be the JMP columns.
