ループスクリプトから生成されたすべてのグラフの軸スケール（log）を標準化する方法

列をループし、プロット内のY値として各列を繰り返し使用する簡単なスクリプトを作成しようとしています。forループは停止したと思いますが、Y軸を対数スケールに設定することはできません。コードは実行されますが、生成される各グラフは、各列に固有の範囲の線形スケールです。  各グラフを対数目盛りで表示したい（具体的に設定された最小値/最大値、またはデータに基づいて自動的に生成された範囲）。
