I have too many variables need to run the same script(generate a graph), and also need save the script of each variable , the question is that for each variable how to name its script instead of JMp specified name ?(profiler 2 、profiler 3)

you can change the script name to whatever you want using
dt << Rename Table Script(
"Current Script Name",
"New Script Name"
);
