Point pattern alnalysis (Ripley K function)

Hello everyone!
I hope you are having a good weekned.
I am wondering if I can perform point pattern analysis (K-function, L-functions and L-cross functions) for a series of objects that has X and Y coordinates ?
Let's assumne I have the X and Y location of 2 phenotypes of trees, I want to know if these trees are: Clustered, disperesed or randomly distributed at different radii.

Can anyone help with this ?
