Names Default to here(1); by default<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

Anyone have anything clever so when I open a new script that it automatically puts Names Default to here(1); as the first line? 

I'd rather it be the actual new script than just a new window with a scriptbox().
