How to change probability 0.05 to 0.01 while performing ANOVA using JMP.

You can also set this as a preference.  File ---> Preferences --->  Platforms ---> Oneway ----> and change "set a level" to whatever you like.  This will make the default level change to whatever you choose in future analysis reports.
