I am analysis data which is time series for 8- 10 process variables.
As a out put , I have titer data on the last day of process. I wanted to undetstand the impact of time series profile of parameters on the process titer. Can you help for this?

One approach is to use something like to non-linear platorm to fit curves to each run. Then use the parameters from the fits as inputs to explain your process response. For example, depending on the curve fit, I might look at the inflection point of the curves, or growth rate of the curves in relation to the final titer of the process.
