As part of my modeling development, we are interested in using social media data such as Facebook likes as one of the inputs variable to predict customers who might more likely enroll is programs that we are offering. The organization has a FB page and it would be unique to see if there is a way to use JMP to be able to extract data. I am not sure if this is possible, but maybe this is something worth considering given how unique social media data are to business decisions. Any helpful hint would be great.
