Issue with saving journal as HTML

I do some data analysis and plot the graphs using hlist and vlist box.I included a loop to extend this analysis for multiple items.

I have 3 items lets say for example.In order to have all 3 graphs in one window,I used the command 

final_output << Journal;

Current Journal  << Save HTML("path");

 

I tried scheduling this script on the job scheduler.But the script failed to run.Script runs okay when run stand alone.Looks like the journal is saved as R-HTML and is not supported by the job scheduler.How do I get around this problem?
