Hello, I'm currently working in an application to detect shifts in the statistical variables of some machines. One of the analysis I'm using is the CUSUM chart. I need to send an email to the user whenever a variable has a change on its mean of has a change on its behaviour. But the problem I'm having is that the CUSUM chart alarm script don't seem to work, I'm using test data sets with data that fall beyond the limits of the CUSUM cone and the alarm script isn't triggered. I don't know if I'm using something wrong or if the condition to trigger that alarm scrip is something I'm not considering. I thank you for any help or insight you can give me.
Yeah, sorry, I should have attached it before.
This is de code I'm using in the alarm script:
Write(
Substitute( "Out of Control for test ^QCTEST in column ^QCCOL in sample ^QCSAMPLE",
"^QCTEST", Char( qc_test ),
"^QCCOL", qc_col,
"^QCSAMPLE", Char( qc_sample )
)
);
Write( "\!N" );
Is the standard code for the control tests, but I'm not really sure how to modify it to trigger an alarm using the CUSUM test. The data I'm sharing should trigger the alarm. The idea is to generate an automated analysis and the test should at least trigger a dialog or a message when something its outside the limits.
Thanks again for the help, I'm really new to this.
@CrimsonPeach,
1. Would you kindly share what your script/code is ?
2. Would you kindly share some test data ?
