In JMP Graph Can we create a X, Y Line overlapping the graph as limits

I am trying to create a limit line on the X-Y graph of Voltage, Efficiency

I need to create a line which shows the limit between 94-98%

Generally speaking on just about any JMP y by x type bivariate chart type if you double click the cursor in the neighborhood of the x and y axis a axis modification window will open and reference lines can be drawn for the axis that you are working with.
