Data analysis in JMP<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />I have data of 106 individual genotypes in two replications. And the data encompasses 10 ordinal and 22 continuous variables. I am interested to analyse the data, look for correlatiiions and then do multivariate anlaysis using JMP using all the data. how shall I proceed.
