Installation JMP 11 add-in for excel 2013 with version 8.1 of Windows

Having difficulty installing JMP 11 add-in for excel 2013 with version 8.1 of Windows. I have run and installed the JMPProfilerCore_x64.msi and JMPProfilerGUISetup_64.msi files but can not find the JMP add-in in the file list of COM-Add-Ins of excel. Anything else I can try?
