How to get -2 log likelihood in nominal logistic model?<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />This is the explanation for SPSS "you will see a statistic called −2 log likelihood (which we will abbreviate as −2LL), which is a generally a measure of lack of fit, or error variation, and is conceptually the opposite of R2 in regression". I am wondering how to get the -2LL in JMP.
I am having a statistics class, and I am the only student using JMP. I am so confident with the JMP user community. JMP is my favorite!
Re: How to get -2 log likelihood in nominal logistic model?HI xiaoyaj0 ,
i think what you are looking for is in the first row in the "Whole model Test". it is the difference in the -2loglikelihood between the full model and the reduced.
in this case it is 2.750163
