How to open specific worksheets from one excel file using JMP script

Question

Wrote a JMP script to open one excel file and do calculations.
However, there are 10+ worksheets in the file and I only want JMP to work on one sheet only.

Can anyone advise how to script? I know we can change Preference and prompt a dialog to choose which worksheet to work on. But it is manual and affect other excel files opened by JMP.

Searching the forum for "Excel sheet", among the hits I found these:

The idea is to use ODBC to open the file which allows specifying a particular sheet.
