I'll assume the latter, since producing the graph should be relatively simple if you have the right data. You will need data on a number of surgeons, their years of experience, and a measure of failed vs. successful treatments of patients over time. Do you have data like this? Are you asking how/where you might collect it? Or do you have data and want to produce the graph? If it is the last of these, perhaps you can post a sample of your data - or at least say what variables you have data for.
