Why is ANOVA table from JMP diffrent from SAS Proc GLM?<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />I analyzed my data 6x3x5 factorial design with 3 reps using both SAS Proc GLM and JMP. I get different degrees of freedom, sum squares and F test results.
Re: Why is ANOVA table from JMP diffrent from SAS Proc GLM?It looks that you've treated the effects as categorical variables in a class statement in PROC GLM, but they are defined as continuous variables in JMP.
