Ordinal logistic regression

I have a ordinal logistic model with both ordinal and nominal (multilevel) indepedent variables. Once the data is fitted to th model I would like to change the comparison group on which the odds ratios are based on. What is the most efficient way to do this without recoding variables. Thanks.
