SF: Properties of academic leads (Teaching, Academic Research)<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />Hi all,
Paolo and I discussed to request from our Salesforce team the following changes to lead properties:
1. Add a third checkbox for "Software IT"
2. Maintain all three properties when converting to a contact.
Any thoughts?

If this would help to identify campus Software Admin then sounds like a good idea. Do we have any other way of documenting this in SF?
