I have the following questions regarding API with binary files and DLL.
Access to binary file:
Is it possible to access to a binary file from JMP with JSL? I mean a binary file which you know the structure. In this case, we usually use commands like fopen/ etc.. directly defined like in C code. I didn't find these kind of function in JMP documentation. Do you know how to manage that? Or do we have to create a DLL in C and call the DLL with Load DLL function? If it works directly in JSL, do you have any simple example I could show him?
DLL
The customer would like to access to DLL code (in addition of previous case). I found some example in documentation, and I'm able to run the Windows message box example on my computer. But, do you have a "sexier" example? Do you know if there are any constraints? I saw that it has to be built in the same environment (I mean 32bits/64 bits). But are there any additional things I need to know?
