link two JMP files with same coordinateI have two JMP files. And they both have two columns named "column" and "row". Is there any way to link the two files automaticly? For example: when I select one row with specific coordinate x:10 y:10 in one JMP file. The row in another JMP with same coordinate can be selected?
Re: link two JMP files with same coordinateHi Jeff,
Thanks for your feedback. I think virtual join is the function that I was looking for.
But I have a new problem now. I tried to link the two columns. But there was no key icon after I selected link column. Then the key icon is gray after I link reference column. I don't know why this happened.

Re: link two JMP files with same coordinateTo add to @Jeff_Perkinson's solution, you can also use the Tables > Subset function to link two tables. See the image below showing where to check the box to link a "main" table and a "subset" table. The check box is in the lower 1/3 of the of the UI under Output Table Name.
Check "Link to original data"
Re: link two JMP files with same coordinateI think a Virtual Join is what you're describing.
To learn more about them, this blog post is a good place to start.
Here's a video from @Dahlia_Watkins showing how they work.
Finally, the documentation will provide details.
