embed floating legend into window

I'm creating a floating legend for a datatable using the below code

 

DT << Color or Mark by Column( :column, marker theme("alphanumeric"), Make Window with Legend );

Now I want to get that legend, which is a floating window, embedded into a different window which is holding some graphs and a data filter. Is there any way to do this?

I believe you are looking for the << append function.

biv = dt << Bivariate( Y( :height ), X( :weight ) );
biv << append(legend = dt << Color or Mark by Column( :Age, marker theme("alphanumeric")));
