Excel add-In 2016 Excel Profiler

How do I enable the JMP add-In for excel? I am currently using Excel 2016 and there is an error which show Load Behavior: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-In.

There are a couple of ways this can get sideways. I'd chek in with JMP Tech Support ( https://www.jmp.com/en_us/support/technical-support-services.html ) they have a bigger library of common issues and will likely be able to get things sorted out for you pretty quickly.
